This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Last Card (bigcardparty.com), operated by DJM Business Concepts. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf; DJM Business Concepts is the seller of record for all orders.
All purchases made on Last Card are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including dissatisfaction with ad performance, unused time, or accidental purchases.
For questions about a charge or order, email support@bigcardparty.com with your receipt details and we'll help you sort it out.
Ads that are misleading, illegal, or offensive, or that otherwise violate our Terms & Conditions, may be removed at our discretion. Refund eligibility for policy-based removals is handled case-by-case within the 30-day window above.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
